Neil Briggs has worked across mortgage advice, commercial finance, property investment, estate agency and lettings.
As a broker and business owner, Neil has helped structure property and business finance while also building and growing property-related companies of his own. His agency experience includes mergers, acquisitions, business development and the integration of sales, lettings and financial services operations.
This combination gives Neil a detailed understanding of both the commercial and regulatory demands placed on modern property businesses. His work with Inspiring Ventures focuses on compliance, systems, product development and helping agency owners turn complex requirements into practical processes their teams can follow.
Bhavin Thakrar began his estate agency career with Connells in Bedfordshire, where he successfully managed multiple profitable branches.
He later established Venture Residential and Venture Residential Lettings, applying his experience in branch management, team leadership, sales performance and day-to-day agency operations to build independent property businesses.
Bhavin brings a strong operational perspective to Inspiring Ventures, ensuring that its products are practical, commercially relevant and suitable for use by real agency teams.
