AI Automation Consultancy

Your team is doing work a machine should be doing.

Chasing paperwork. Re-typing the same details into three systems. Answering the same six questions. We map it, build it around the systems you already run, and leave a person in charge of every decision that matters.

No obligation, no card. If nothing is worth automating we will say so on the call.

What we actually automate.

Not "AI transformation". Four kinds of work that eat an agency week.

  • Lead handling — enquiries answered, qualified and routed the moment they arrive, including out of hours
  • Data between systems — the re-typing between portal, CRM, accounts and spreadsheets that nobody was ever meant to do
  • Compliance and document chasing — certificates, renewals and signatures pursued on a schedule instead of when someone remembers
  • Admin and reporting — the same weekly report, built the same way, without a person building it

Three steps, and you can stop after any of them.

All prices plus VAT.

The blueprint is yours whether or not we build anything. Build is quoted per automation after mapping — quoting before we have seen the work would be guessing.

How an engagement runs.

Deliberately slow at the start. The mapping is where the money is saved or wasted.

  1. Free 15-minute review

What you run, where the time goes, whether automation is even the right answer.

  2. Half-day mapping

We sit with the people doing the work, not just the person who owns the process.

  3. Written blueprint

Every candidate automation with its saving, its cost and its risk, ranked.

  4. Build one thing first

The one that saves visible time, so the team believes the second one.

  5. Test, train, hand over

Human-approval checkpoints wherever a decision has consequences.

Where we will tell you not to bother.

Because the fastest way to waste money on AI is to automate the wrong thing.

  • Work that happens twice a month. The build costs more than the time it saves.
  • A process nobody agrees on. Automating a disputed process just makes the argument faster.
  • Anything where a wrong answer reaches a tenant or a landlord unchecked. That gets a human checkpoint or it does not get built.
  • A CRM replacement dressed up as automation. If the CRM is the problem, say so and fix that instead.

Consultancy is where the bespoke work goes — the automations that are specific to how your agency runs, rather than the ones every agency needs.

Questions we get asked

Do you replace our CRM?

No. We automate around whatever you already run — Street, Acquaint, Alto, Reapit or a spreadsheet. Replacing a CRM is a project on its own and rarely the thing costing you time.

What does the blueprint actually give us?

A half-day mapping the work your team repeats, then a written document listing each automation, what it would save, what it would cost to build, and the order to do them in. It is yours whether or not we build any of it.

How is £1,700 per automation calculated?

It is a from price for one automation built around your systems, tested end to end, with your team trained on it. Simple ones land near it; anything touching several systems is quoted after the blueprint, because quoting before we have mapped the work is guessing.

Does the AI make decisions on its own?

Only where you decide it should. Every automation is built with human-approval checkpoints, and anything touching money, a legal notice or a tenant relationship stops for a person by default.

What if it breaks?

Ongoing support at £800 a month covers monitoring, fixes and new automations. Without it you own what we built and can maintain it yourself — we do not hold the work hostage.

How long before it does anything useful?

The blueprint is a half-day. A first automation is typically live in two to three weeks. We deliberately start with one that saves visible time, so the team believes the second one.
